Unique Kitchens & Baths is an award-winning design studio specializing in bespoke cabinetry and thoughtfully designed interiors. Our cabinetry is handcrafted and produced to order, based on specifications developed through our design process. Each project is unique and tailored specifically to the client’s home, architectural conditions, and design preferences.
Intellectual Property
All drawings, renderings, designs, and creative materials produced by Unique Kitchens & Baths remain the intellectual property of UKB unless otherwise agreed in writing. These materials may not be reproduced, shared with other manufacturers, or used for fabrication without written permission.

Project Approvals
Prior to manufacturing, clients will receive final drawings and specifications for review and approval. Once approvals are signed and production begins, modifications may not be possible.

Payment Terms
Because our cabinetry is custom designed and built to order, the following payment structure applies:
Design Retainer
Design services begin upon receipt of the design retainer. Design fees are non-refundable and cover the time and expertise required to develop your project. All design fees are credited towards your cabinetry. Cabinetry must be paid for in full to initiate cabinetry production and secure a place in our manufacturing schedule.
Custom Cabinetry Policy
All cabinetry produced by Unique Kitchens & Baths is made specifically for each client and project. Once production has begun, cabinetry orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Because natural materials are used, variations in wood grain, texture, and finish are part of the beauty and character of handcrafted cabinetry and should be expected.
Shipping & Delivery
Unique Kitchens & Baths proudly offers nationwide blanket-wrapped delivery, ensuring that every cabinet arrives safely and with care.
Delivery Method
Cabinetry is delivered using professional blanket-wrapped transport designed specifically for fine furniture and handcrafted cabinetry.
Lead Times
Typical production lead times range from 10–12 weeks, though timelines may vary depending on project complexity, finish selections, and seasonal demand.
Delivery Coordination
Our team will coordinate delivery scheduling with the client or contractor once cabinetry is complete. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the job site is ready to receive cabinetry upon delivery.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all cabinetry orders are considered final sale once production has begun. Orders cancelled prior to production may be subject to design fees, administrative costs, and any materials already purchased for the project.
Warranty
Unique Kitchens & Baths stands behind the craftsmanship of our cabinetry.
Limited Cabinetry Warranty
We provide a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Installation Responsibility
Unless installation services are specifically contracted through Unique Kitchens & Baths, installation is the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor. We strongly recommend that cabinetry be installed by experienced professionals familiar with custom cabinetry installation. Improper installation may void portions of the warranty.
