Upon purchase of a design package, a UKB team member will reach out via email with our new client design questionnaire. Please be sure to fill this out completely and send it back prior to your call. We also ask that you gather the following detail in advance: room measurements (we can provide a simple measuring guide if needed), photos of your current space, and any inspiration images you’ve collected. If you’ve already selected appliances, please share those details—if not, we’re happy to help you with the selection process.

A revision includes rearranging items in the kitchen design so that your design concept is exactly as you envisioned. If you require a full floor plan change after our designs are presented, additional fees may apply.
Our kitchen design plans include all key wall measurements—window and door openings, as well as ceiling heights—which are incorporated into the floorplans and elevations to help guide your future layout. Please note we do not include cabinetry dimensions in our designs unless you are purchasing UKB cabinetry. This is because every cabinetry company constructs their products differently, which could vary significantly in style, size, and material. Our designs are compatible with any cabinetry brand, and your chosen manufacturer can adapt them to fit their specifications.
Cabinetry pricing is provided once your final design has been approved.
Pricing includes all cabinetry and hardware. Delivery is complimentary.

1. Measuring Guides
Use our detailed, downloadable guides to measure your space with confidence. These guides cover all the essential aspects of measuring, from floorplans to cabinet heights and widths.
2. Professional Measurements
If you prefer professional assistance, your contractor or builder will measure your space. We ask that they follow our measuring guides to ensure precision and alignment.
3. On-Site Measuring Services
In select locations, we can arrange for a professional to measure your space. Please inquire to see if this service is available in your area. Please note there is a fee for this service.
By utilizing one of these options, you'll ensure that your custom UKB design fits beautifully and functions flawlessly.
At this stage, you and your contractor or builder will receive a comprehensive set of detailed design documents. These plans are intended for final verification of all room measurements before production begins. We strongly recommend a thorough review to ensure everything aligns precisely with your space.

By partnering closely with you and your construction team, we ensure your custom cabinetry is built to exact specifications—delivering a finished product that reflects your vision and meets our highest standards.
Our custom cabinetry can be designed for any room in your home—from kitchens and bathrooms to mudrooms, laundry rooms, offices, and beyond. We also create bespoke built-ins such as benches, beds, tables, and more.
Absolutely. To ensure each space receives the attention it deserves, a separate design package must be purchased for each room we are designing.
