Receive an approximate cost for the project. The estimated cost provided is not a direct reflection of the final price to be presented. Exact pricing will be given after the design is completed in Black and White - Virtual Design Package 1. **100% of your design package cost will be credited toward your cabinet order if you decide to proceed with UKB cabinetry.**

Payment in full is required to place your order. Once payment is received, you will receive a sign off packet. Once you sign off, your cabinets will go into production! Sign off packet includes: 1 - Dimensioned floorplans and elevations 2 - Cabinetry list with any additional moldings and accessories 3 - Door style and finish selections 4 - Warranty information

After final inspection and acceptance of cabinetry at delivery, any damages to cabinetry will not be the responsibility of UKB, unless covered under our warranty. We are so excited for you and can’t wait to see your finished project!

Provide us with design information specific to the project: floorplan/elevations, measurements, and any finish requirements (painted, stained oak, etc.). Review our Cabinetry Page and learn more about our custom cabinetry.

UKB will deliver your cabinets to you. We offer curbside delivery to your specified location. Your cabinets will come to you blanket wrapped so they can be inspected upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor to have able help at the job site to unload the cabinets. 2-4 people are required. UKB delivery team will not enter the home.

Review the drawings that we will provide, and confirm all measurements and dimensions are correct so that we can accurately price your cabinetry. All cabinetry is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Your cabinetry order will be completed within 10-12 weeks, and then allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. We will reach out to schedule delivery prior to the completion of your order. We ship nationwide. Deliveries may be rescheduled due to unforeseen weather conditions.

At UKB, our kitchen design plans are meticulously crafted to include all essential wall measurements, including window and door openings, as well as ceiling heights. These measurements are integrated into the floorplans and elevations to assist you comprehensively in planning your future kitchen layout. However, we do not include cabinetry sizes in our designs unless you purchase our custom cabinetry. This is because every cabinetry company constructs cabinetry differently, which could vary significantly in style, size, and material. You can use our designs with any company and they can fill the designs in with their brand of cabinetry.

We provide cabinetry for any room in your home. We also build custom benches, tables, beds and so much more.

Measuring your kitchen space accurately is crucial for a successful custom design. At UKB, we offer several convenient options to ensure precise measurements: 1. **Measuring Guides**: We provide detailed measuring guides upon request to help you measure your space accurately. These guides cover all the essential aspects of measuring, from floorplans to cabinet heights and widths. Simply contact us, and we'll send you the necessary guides. 2. **Professional Measurements**: If you prefer professional assistance, you can have your contractor or builder measure your space. They can follow the measuring guides to ensure everything is measured correctly. 3. **On-site Measurement Services**: Depending on your location, we may have professional measurers available in your area. Feel free to inquire about our measurement services to see if we can send an expert to your home. By utilizing one of these options, you'll ensure that your custom kitchen design by UKB fits perfectly and meets your expectations.

Yes you can. You must buy a package for each room we are designing.

Once the first rounds of designs are sent over clients are allow the following: At a glance ( 1 minor edit for this package after first design is completed ) The Vibe ( 2 minor edits for this package after first design is completed ) The Luxe ( 3 minor edits for this package after first design is completed ) A minor edit is moving things around in the kitchen which we love to do to make it just perfect for you! If you require a full floorplan change after our designs are presented that could lead to additional design fees.

Cabinetry pricing is given after designs have been approved.

At UKB, ensuring precise measurements is a critical part of our process to create beautiful and functional spaces. After designing your dream space and your cabinetry has been paid for , we will provide a final set of detailed designs for you, your contractor, or builder to double-check all measurements before we proceed to cabinetry production. This stage is known as the "sign-off package phase" We encourage thorough verification to ensure everything fits perfectly in your space. Our team is here to support you every step of the way, offering guidance and assistance to ensure accuracy and satisfaction in the final product. By collaborating closely with you and your contractors, we aim to deliver custom cabinetry that matches your unique vision while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.

Prior to your consultation call, we will need your room measurements if you have them, selected appliance if you have them, pictures of your existing space and any inspiration images you have saved. If you do not have measurements please ask our team on your call to help guide in getting accurate measurements.

Consultation Call This is scheduled within 1 to 3 days after you purchase your package. During this initial call, our designer will discuss your goals, preferences, and specific needs for your kitchen, bath or any room we are designing. 2 . Layout Review Call Approximately 5 to 7 days after your consultation call, we will have a layout review call. During this session, we will review the preliminary black-and-white design and discuss the proposed layout and cabinetry inserts. This step allows us to refine the design and ensure every detail meets your expectations. 3. Finalization Call In the final call, we will go over the final design, making any necessary adjustments before moving forward so we can start pricing your cabinetry. Throughout the process, our goal at UKB is to deliver a beautiful, custom-designed kitchen , bath or any room in your home that perfectly fits your lifestyle and aesthetic preferences.
