Our Just a Touch package allows you to see a small piece such as a vanity, island or buffet server come to life.

A black and white design to the specs we will build your cabinetry to.

**Drawings will include wall dimensions on floor plans and elevations. Individual cabinet sizes are provided only upon the purchase of cabinetry.
Once completed we will send black & white line drawings over to you for review. We allow 1 minor edit. Once approved we will send you the completed design. These drawings are an artistic representation of the design.

Any additional edits after the rendering process will incur an added fee.

If you choose not to purchase your cabinets from UKB, the rendered drawings are yours to do with as you wish, this will only include wall measurements.

Returned Payments: If your payment is returned due to insufficient funds or some other issues with your account, you may be charged a $35.00 returned check/payment fee.

Any estimates & invoices given are valid for 30 days from date received.

All design fees are non-refundable.

Design packages are only valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
