In Chevy Chase, Maryland's West Village, this historic 1903 Dutch Colonial's main level renovation is a study of sophistication and everyday comfort. True to our nature, Storie edited the existing residence by redoing some of the work that had been completed in the early 2000s, including a sweeping kitchen renovation with custom cabinetry by Unique Kitchens and Baths and new smart appliances. The home maintained existing historic moldings, though the team refinished the original hardwood flooring and handrails, and added new, timeless wainscoting, wallpaper, paint, and furnishings to modernize yet honor the traditional nature of the home.
